Port Harcourt-based minister, Gobari Maxwell, of the Believers' Love World Ministry otherwise known as Christ Embassy Church was yesterday summoned under the watchful eye of an Ikeja High Court for purportedly duping one of his individuals, Osazuwa Okungbowa, of N4.5 million. Maxwell, who superintends more than one of the satellite houses of worship drove by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, was said to have deceived Okungbowa into trusting that he would help him get two plots of land close to the Port Harcourt Polytechnic, Bori Camp. An analyst, Shedrach Ternenge Iyo, appended to the Cyber-Crime Section of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), told the court that the commission got a request of from the complainant at some point in September 2013, charging that the minister got N4.5 million from him through his significant other's First Bank account in offer to purchase two plots of land.
